Fitness Classes in Singapore

As Lao Tzu once said, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”. But the first step towards getting fit is also often the hardest.

However, one of the most effective ways to start and stick to an exercise routine is to have a workout buddy.

1. Ridge Walk–A brisk walk series along the Southern Ridges

3. Yoga Movement Charity Yoga Classes

Yoga Movement has partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation in an effort to raise funds to fulfil the dreams of young children with life-threatening diseases. Attend a multi-levelled basic yoga class and reward yourself with complimentary popsicles, juice, and coffee after.

While the event is technically free, participants are recommended to make a S$20 donation.
