Apart from creating comfortable and high quality pieces, UNIQLO often collaborates with artists and franchises to bring us interesting and creative designs. This time, they are releasing a Mickey & Friends collection with LA-based artist, Steven Harrington.

Each design has been specially drawn by the artist, allowing you to get a glimpse of his artistic vision. With this unique collection, all Mickey & Friends fans can look forward to boldly flaunting their love for the characters through the vibrant designs.

The collection

With its bright colour palette of purple, green, blue, orange and yellow, this sand-coloured shirt is one to cop. Catch Mickey watching his canvas come to life with his arms out. You can also find a not-so-hidden Mickey popping out of a Polaroid on the beach in the painting.

For a simpler option, this white shirt features illustrations of random elements from the previous beach scene, together with  Goofy-, Donald Duck-, Minnie- and Mickey-related motifs, accompanied by black “Mickey and Friends” text.

You can also opt for this minimalistic design against a pleasant shade of light blue. Across the front of the tee, the phrase “Got to keep my cool” serves as a good reminder for us all to stay calm even in a stressful situation. Turn the shirt over and you’ll find the 4 Mickey and Friends characters decked out in blue, purple, and green outfits.

Keep to your dark-coloured aesthetics while having a pop of colour with this T-shirt. The cute drawing of Mickey, with a pair of sunglasses on and sticking his tongue out, serves as a nice contrast to the dark grey shirt.

The back of the shirt sees vibrant illustrations from the other designs, specially arranged to spell “Mickey”.

The kids collection

Dress your little ones up in matching family get-ups with these exclusive designs.

Look pretty in pink with this T-shirt, which features an adorable design of Minnie sitting on the windowsill, waiting by an open window with the collection’s iconic trees outside.

The repeated prints of Mickey and palm trees are perfect for a day out at the beach.

The UNIQLO x Mickey & Friends Collection Is Perfect For People Of All Ages

There is no denying that the Mickey & Friends franchise is possibly one of the biggest shared experiences across the different generations, as the iconic characters have accompanied us all throughout our childhoods and beyond.

Look forward to this collection which will be released in June. Before that happens, get your hands on the UNIQLO x Peanuts collection for more UNIQLO x childhood fav collabs.

Singaporeans’ kiasu attitude applies to almost every situation, even when it comes to festive shopping. While it’s still early November, chances are you’re already dreaming up your Secret Santa wish list.

For those who love all things cute and nostalgic, Disney has new ornaments that feature characters like Mickey, Winnie the Pooh and various Disney princesses.

Disney princesses

Growing up, Disney princesses are the role models for many young girls as they taught them many positive traits like being courageous, gracious and helpful.

Among the many Disney princesses ornaments, you’ll find Snow White talking to the animals, Belle smiling while holding a basket, and Cinderella trying out her glass slipper.

As each of these Disney princesses ornaments comes with a ribbon on top, you can hang them easily on your Christmas tree for a magical touch.

Star Wars

Hardcore fans of Star Wars would have likely already familiarised themselves with The Mandalorian.

Here, you’ll find ornaments like The Mandalorian himself and Luke Skywalker adding fun to the festive season – especially for the boys.

Paying attention to the details, don’t miss out on Grogu aka baby Yoda sitting behind The Mandalorian as well as Wampa checking out Luke Skywalker as he reaches for his lightsaber.

Mickey Mouse and friends

Another classic character from Walt Disney is none other than Mickey Mouse.

In this set, Mickey Mouse and his friends go on an adventure by sitting in a hot air balloon shaped like his signature white gloves.

You’ll also find the mischievous Chip ‘n’ Dale inside an acorn covered by snow. As for Eeyore, he greets you from the inside of his stick house decorated with colourful light bulbs.

Others

Apart from the mentioned characters, the collection also has Mickey Mouse dressed up in a winter outfit while standing above a snow globe.

Belle also makes another appearance, but this time in her iconic yellow dress with Beast as a loving couple. Not to mention, notice how Stich is wearing a Santa hat as it takes a ride on its bicycle.

Fans of Winnie the Pooh and his friends are also in for a treat as there are ornaments that celebrate the never-ending friendship of Winnie, Tigger and Piglet. Plus, another shows Winnie staying positive and bright despite getting stuck in a honey tree.

Also, there is an ornament of Alice struggling with the Flamingo “mallet” that was used to play croquet in the story, with the Chesire Cat sitting cheekily on top.
