6. Yin Bar
At first glance, Yin Bar looks just like a palace straight out of a traditional Chinese drama. Situated by the Singapore River, they offer modernised traditional Chinese cuisine and cocktails such as Dragon’s Breath, a tequila drink that is mixed with chilli padi.
