Before you head for your class, store your belongings in the locker room. Unlike some places that offer lockers with keys, rest assured that the ones at Ally keep your items safe with an electronic lock. This means you won’t have to worry about losing the key while you break a sweat.
Be sure to also fill up your bottle at the water cooler, located as part of a pillar in the middle of the locker room. Since the water cooler offers both still and sparkling water, you can choose either one to keep yourself hydrated.
The reformer studio has 14 reformer beds
A highlight of Ally is no doubt their reformer studio, which features 14 reformer beds for you and your fellow fitspos to endure the burn and build strength.
Considering how pilates is a low-impact and high-toning workout, it requires a lot of concentration and discipline to execute the moves. This is where the aesthetics of the studio come into play.
