There’s A Barbie-Themed Event In Marina Square With Customisable Dolls & Photobooths

Calling all the Barbie girls in a Barbie world! From 25 June to 1 July 2025, the mall’s Central Atrium will be transformed into a full-on pink fantasy Barbie event featuring Singapore’s Longest Barbie Doll Runway, officially recognised by the Singapore Book of Records.

At Wings of Art, expect over 1,000 unique dolls, a photobooth for your IG snaps, customisable Barbies, and fun interactive booths to channel your inner fashion icon. Here’s the lowdown.

Barbie Doll runway featuring customisable dolls

First things first: feast your eyes on Singapore’s longest Barbie Runway, made up of 1,060 dolls. Sixty of these were styled by local creatives like Jayley Woo, Willabelle Ong, and Janice Wong, using everything from upcycled scraps to sculptural acrylic. It’s just proof that there’s really no limit to what a Barbie can wear.

And hey, you get to join in too. Head over to the Wing Barbie Crafting Stations, where art supplies are prepped and ready for you to design your own one-of-a-kind doll. Here’s your chance to bring your childhood fashion sketches to life or just vibe out with some glitter and feathers.

You can bring your custom Barbie home as a keepsake or donate it to be displayed on the runway and eventually gifted to a child in need. Either way, your Barbie’s getting her moment.

If you do want to donate your Barbie, you’ll have to register at https://peace-of-art.sg

3m-tall art sculpture, photo booth and fringe carnival

Besides crafting your own Barbie, there’s plenty more happening across the atrium. Channel your inner artist on a larger scale by contributing to a 3-metre-tall public sculpture made from recycled glass and natural crystals. It’s an evolving piece that’s a symbol of unity, sustainability, and dreams taking flight–but it also makes for a chic backdrop for the ‘Gram.

Speaking of photos, don’t leave without snapping a pic at the wings-themed photo booth. Step into a glowing lightbox with your Barbie wings on and strike a pose. Then, round it all off at the Fringe Carnival & Imagination Zone. It’s full of family-friendly games and booths by KIDSforKIDS-preneurs.

Live your softest life at Wings of Art’s Barbie event

Barbie-core isn’t going anywhere. In fact, it’s now a movement. So head down to Wings of Art’s Barbie event to get crafty, snap some pics, and be part of something meaningful. Bonus: the 60 artist-designed Barbies are up for grabs via a charity auction, with 100% of proceeds going to support kids in need. Place your bids at peace-of-art.sg and do good while living your pinkest life.
