Embark on a gastronomic experience when you indulge in local-inspired treats, such as the Chili Crab Tartlet, Charred Carrot Cake, and Beef Satay. The afternoon tea set also includes desserts like Bubble Tea Panna Cotta, Pandan Fudge Cake, and Hawthorn Financier ‒ a French tea cake made with similar ingredients found in Haw Flakes.
No worries if you’re feeling thirsty while you catch up with your besties. The afternoon tea set comes with a selection of premium teas and sparkling wine to quench your thirst.
Lobby Lounge
Guests get to dine at the Lobby Lounge, the five-star hotel’s exclusive space with a tranquil setting that is perfect for private get-togethers.
The National Day Afternoon Tea is priced at $56++ per pax, with a tea pairing.
Lobster Hokkien Mee
Another National Day special that the hotel has prepared is a plate of Lobster Hokkien Mee for two. Unlike our usual Hokkien Mee found in local hawker centres, this one tantalises our taste buds with succulent chunks of lobster meat alongside umami-filled noodles.
The Lobster Hokkien Mee is priced at $115++ for two.
