With inflation in full swing and food prices on the rise, some Singaporeans might be feeling the strain on their monthly expenses when it comes to food. For those who are hoping to save a few bucks by packing their own food, you might be interested in investing in a food jar that keeps your meals warm even when you’re on-the-go.
Enter Coffee Bean’s latest release – an adorable Mickey Mouse food jar that comes with a foldable spoon.
Whether you’re heading to the office or spending a day in school, it won’t be common to find a microwave for you to heat up your meals.
Taking that into consideration, the Mickey Mouse food jar from Coffee Bean keeps your food warm for up to 6 hours thanks to its stainless steel material. Besides its heat retention property, the 800ml food jar is also BPA-free, which gives you peace of mind when you dig into your homecooked meal.
If you’re worried about messy leaks, rest assured there is an additional white plastic lid that prevents accidental leakages by keeping the food jar tight.
As another way to promote sustainability and greener living, the food jar comes with a foldable metal spoon so you won’t have to bring an extra set of cutlery.
The foldable spoon gets its own lil’ storage space inside the white lid previously mentioned, and it is secured by another lid.
The design will also appeal to Disney fans, as you’ll notice Mickey Mouse peeking from the bottom of the food jar and giving a cheeky wink. Also paying tribute to his classic red pair of pants, the cap and handle of the food jar are decked in a red hue.
Say goodbye to cold, stale food when you pack them with Coffee Bean’s Mickey Mouse food jar. The food jar retails at $19.90 and is available at all Coffee Bean outlets except Marina Bay Sands, Jewel Changi and Singapore Expo 2. More information can also be found on Coffee Bean’s official Facebook.
