Weekly Wardrobe: ZULA Outfits March 2017
There are lots of things to do this fab March, whether you’re going on the perfect date or having a day out with the girls. Regardless of what you choose, our March lookbook is here to make sure you slay from day to night.
Monday: Lazy Mornings
Sweater: Young Hungry Free | Shorts: Young Hungry Free
Giving “I woke up like this” new meaning, this cozy and casual look is perfect for lounging in, while still being cute enough to throw on for that Monday morning lecture. By balancing out over-sized pieces with more tailored ones, like these high waist shorts, you can be comfortable and maintain that cute figure of yours.
Tuesday: Brunch Date
Romper: A for Arcade (Coming Soon) | Shoes: Charles & Keith | Bag: Gianni Chiarini
You may simply be out for a quick brunch bite, but all eyes will be on you in this cute-as-a-button romper. Olive has been a hot favourite lately, and we can see why. It’s versatile and looks great on all skin tones. If you’re looking to wear this look to school, check out this backpack instead.
Wednesday: Shopping With The Girls
Dress: Modparade | Shoes: Superga
Elevate your usual day look with some pastels. Mixing pastels adds a kawaii factor to any outfit, allowing you to stand out from the crowd. If top-to-toe pastel looks are too bright for your liking, try pairing it with something black to tone the shade down.
Thursday: Chilling With The Guys
Leather Jacket: Uniqlo | Top: Stussy | Pants: A for Arcade | Boots: Zara
Give the boys a run for their money in this dapper ensemble. These electric blue trousers are perfectly tailored, bringing balance and structure to an otherwise over-sized outfit. Wear this look for a chill night out or pair it with a crisp white shirt for an office appropriate look.
Friday: Coffee Meets Bagel Date
Two piece set: Young Hungry Free | Shoes: Marble Ink
This fun and feminine two-piece is the perfect outfit to take you from day to night. While we wore this dusty pink number with a pair of red heels for a romantic vibe, you can put a casual spin on it and match it with a shirt dress and a pair of sneakers. Comfort first, ladies!
Saturday: Dinner & Drinks
Dress: A for Arcade | Shoes: Styledasher
We chose this full-skirted, off-shoulder dress in Magenta for a dressy night out. If you’re going for a more femme fatale look, wear your dress with pointed heels like we did. But if you’d prefer a softer, sweeter vibe, a pair of simple strappy heels would do the trick. Dress from A for Arcade.
Zula Pro Tip: Dresses with full skirts and cinched waists are flattering on all body types.
Sundays: Unconventional Movie Date
Pinafore: Taobao | Top: Young Hungry Free | Boots: Zara
Unconventional movie dates deserve unconventional outfits, no? Add a little edge to your movie date by playing with different textures to, like how we did with this ripped knit top worn under a leather pinafore. Don’t forget to add some colour to your look by playing with your beauty look and accessories—oh and have some fun of course.
