Spring is accompanied by the blooming of flowers, which can also symbolise the start of new beginnings. Besides heading to Gardens by the Bay to witness the seasonal blooms, you can now also do so with the Floral Afternoon Tea at One-Ninety Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Available till 26 June 2022, the Floral Afternoon Tea is perfect for a catch-up sesh with your besties. Continue reading to find out more about the aesthetic afternoon tea.
Behind the brains of the Floral Afternoon Tea is Nicolai Bergmann, a renowned celebrity florist and Floral Art Director of Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.
Unlike standard high teas that are served in tiers, the sweet treats of the Floral Afternoon Tea are presented above an extravagant fresh flower arrangement. As you indulge in either the Osmanthus-Peach puff or Yuzu-Matcha cake, there’s no way you won’t notice fog flowing from the dry ice below the arrangement.
Bite-sized savouries are also included in the spread, like Truffle and Portobello Mushroom and Red Prawn Roll with Avrugu Caviar.
Apart from these munchies, the high tea set also has freshly baked Vanilla and Blackcurrant Scones, paired with Lemon Balm Curd, Strawberry-Rose Preserves and Devonshire Clotted Cream.
While the high tea comes with a selection of freshly brewed tea and coffee, opt to complete the experience with their craft cocktails if you’re craving some bubbly. Served in glass teapots topped with fresh floral pieces, the cocktails are aesthetically-pleasing, and also available in 3 different flavours.
The Floral Afternoon Tea starts from $48++ per person.
