If you’re like most working adults, sleep seems like a more inviting option over exercise after a long day of sitting in the office.
But if you’ve been feeling lethargic and/or anxious because of your job, getting your heart rate up with exercise is a great way to de-stress. To help you get started, here’s a list of fitness events you can attend for free this November.
The folks behind Torture Thursday call it “one of the most insane public fitness programmes”. You’ll be pushed to your limits with at least 800 reps of arms, abs, and cardio exercises. But if at any point you need to take a break, you are highly encouraged to do so.
Bring along your drinks, yoga mat, and hand gloves (optional).
