1. LesMills Open House

This open house session boasts free trials of not one but two popular LesMills workouts—Sh’Bam, a dance-intensive workout and BodyCombat, a martial-arts inspired workout. 2. Dynamic Yoga For Youth

3. Physionique’s Open Day

As part of their Open Day, Physionique’s offering two complimentary classes—Pilates and Fitbar. If you’re up for a strength and resistance workout, try Fitbar, an exercise which centers around the use of a weighted bar.

5. Matter at Lululemon

6. Complimentary Outdoor Family Yoga at Bishan Park

8. Velocity FREE Fitness Marathon

With class options such as kickboxing, Pilates, BodyCombat and HIIT, you’ll be spoilt for choice at Velocity’s free fitness festival. First 30 participants to register for each class will also get a S$5 Velocity voucher (limited to 1 redemption per participant per day). With different classes happening on each day, grab your girlfriends and spend the weekend sweating it out!

9. #PayAsYouWishYOGA with Yvonne Boey

While not technically free, you’re welcome to pay any amount you wish for this yoga session. Conducted outdoors behind Labrador Park MRT station, the class is open to yoga lovers of all levels. Be sure to check out the schedule, as classes rotate between Basic, Anti-ageing, and Flow.

10. Free Trial—Tabata @ Mahota

One of the most challenging and gruelling HIIT workouts around, Tabata packs a heavy punch in a short amount of time. Mahota Commune holds classes every Monday and Thursday, with a free trial session for first timers to try their hand at it before committing.
