Girl’s Generation Taeyeon Will Perform In Singapore This May

Taeyeon announces her 2025 concert in Singapore

Calling all Taeyeon fans! The former Girl’s Generation star is heading back to Singapore once more. She will be performing for 2 nights on 3 and 4 May 2025 at the Indoor Stadium. Her label, SM Entertainment, also revealed that she will perform in 8 cities including Manila, Jakarta, and Taipei.

The last time Taeyeon was in Singapore, she was performing here for her “The ODD Of LOVE” concert tour in August 2023. 

Taeyeon recently released her 6th mini album titled “Letter To Myself” on 18 November 2024, featuring 6 tracks. 2025 also marks the 10th anniversary of her first mini album “I”, which signalled her debut as a solo artist.

Taeyeon has had an established career throughout the years. She originally debuted as the leader in Girl’s Generation, also known as SNSD, in 2007. The group is one of the most successful K-pop acts in South Korea, even earning the nickname “The Nation’s Girl Group”. She then decided to go solo 8 years after SNSD debuted, and began working on her solo projects in February 2014. 

She has been crowned “the representative singer of popular OSTs”, singing original songs for popular dramas such as Hotel Del Luna. Taeyeon is also known as one of the best vocalists in the K-pop industry, with many praising her for her ability to tell a story through her singing. In 2015, she was voted as the best K-pop vocalist by 40 anonymous music industry officials and in 2016, was named the best female vocalist in their twenties.

Currently, the prices of the tickets and where they will be sold are unknown but it’s said to be released in the coming weeks.
