There are two types of people when travelling overseas ‒ those who dress up like celebrities, and those that prefer comfort over style. But regardless of which side you belong to, there is now a Globe-Trotter x Winnie The Pooh suitcase collection that adds a dose of cuteness to your airport OOTD.
Read on to find out more about these intricately crafted designs that will elevate your travel experience.
We can all relate to almost mistaking a stranger’s luggage on a conveyor belt for ours just because they look so similar. However, considering how the Winnie The Pooh collection is decked in vibrant yellow, chances are, you can easily spot yours from afar, avoiding any awkward situations.
Available in two sizes, the four-wheel suitcase caters to those going on either short or long trips. Winnie The Pooh fans will be pleased with an adorable set of Winnie The Pooh motifs that run diagonally across the exterior, and all the more surprised when they open up the suitcase ‒ it is lined with even more motifs of the cuddly bear on the inside.
Paying tribute to Winnie The Pooh’s iconic red shirt, the suitcase features red accents on the buckles and a leather handle. What’s more, there are light and dark brown leather corners to protect the suitcase from unwanted scratches.
The smaller four-wheel suitcase retails at ¥346,500 (~S$3,274), and the larger one retails at ¥412,500 (~S$3,898).
FYI, Globe-Trotter is known for its London Square, a versatile handbag that doubles as a carry case. This collection also sees a Winnie The Pooh-themed London Square in yellow, complete with a handle and a shoulder strap in brown leather that allow various stylings.
No worries if you thought there’d only be one motif of the bear on the exterior. Open it up to find more on the interior lining.
The Winnie The Pooh London Square retails at ¥225,500 (~S$2,132).
Keep your precious Winnie The Pooh collectibles safe from dust by storing them in this adorable leather storage box. Unlike the aforementioned designs, this one comes with coloured illustrations of Winnie The Pooh on the top and the side of the storage box. Plus, it greets you with red lining on the inside.
The storage box retails at ¥176,000 (~S$1,664).
If yellow isn’t your colour, the collection also offers the four-wheel luggage in two sizes and London Square in black, adorned with striking yellow motifs of Winnie The Pooh on the exterior. Instead of Winnie The Pooh motifs, each of them opens up to plain black linings.
These sleek designs come with the same sizing and price tags as the yellow products, making them a perfect alternative.
There’s nothing better than lifting your spirit when you travel with these adorable and stylish Globe-Trotter x Winnie The Pooh suitcases. Unfortunately, the collection is only available in Japan for now, and those interested in purchasing may have to source freight forwarding services that ship to Singapore.
