US Pop Star Madison Beer Pays Rent For Aljunied Nail Studio After They Fix Her Manicure

Madison Beer pays rent for a Singaporean nail studio

With her nails “breaking and falling apart” before her Singapore show on 22 August, Madison Beer DM-ed the team at Edens’ Atelier Co. hoping to get a brand new set on the same day.

Despite her fame, Madison often goes viral for her genuine and carefree personality towards her fans. Not only did she pay for her fresh set of nails, but she also covered a month’s rent for Edens’ Artelier Co., which was struggling financially at the time.

Madison Beer needed her manicure fixed urgently

Madison was set to perform at the Singapore Expo as part of her tour, The Encore. She reached out to Edens’ Atelier Co. on the morning of the show, desperately needing a new set of nails.

The nail studio, located in Aljunied, offers gel manicures and even DIY press-on nail workshops for those who want to explore the craft and customise their own press-on nails. The prices for their services range from $20 for basic manicures to $65 for premium sets.

Previously known as Toto Nail Studio, the owner, Hazel, and her business partner had plans to expand to a bigger studio space. However, Hazel faced significant losses when her business partner chose not to honour their initial agreement after the expansion. Hazel had to cover a whopping $20,000 worth of losses, not a small amount for a 21-year-old. Despite receiving help from her friends, she considered moving back to her small studio space to reduce costs, until Madison’s DM changed her life.

On her Instagram post, Hazel described Madison as genuine, kind and friendly. Although Hazel was nervous during their appointment, they had a great conversation, and her financial situation was one of the topics they discussed.

After her appointment, Madison took to her Instagram to showcase her new set of nails on her story. She got yellow French tips with some chrome ribbons, very coquette and very demure. We think Hazel ate with this set, so save this picture if you want matching nails with Madison Beer.

Hazel explained that the traction they got from that Instagram story significantly helped their situation, and she was deeply grateful for the gesture. However, in addition to publicising Edens’ Atelier Co., Madison also covered a month’s worth of rent, on top of paying for her set of nails.

Madison arranged for her staff to transfer Hazel $3,460 in total, and insisted that the owner keep the amount.

Hazel was ready to move back to her smaller studio space and start from scratch after the incident with her business partner. However, Madison’s heartwarming gesture provided Hazel with much-needed relief, and allowed her to keep doing what she was doing.

Now, the customers of Edens’ Atelier Co. can proudly say that they have the same nail tech as Madison Beer—what a flex!

This is not the first time that generous celebrities helped alleviate financial problems for those who were struggling. During the 2024 Paris Olympics, American rapper, Flavor Flav, and Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, joined forces to pay the US Olympiad, Veronica Fraley’s rent in full. This was after the athlete expressed concerns of not being able to afford her rent because her university only forked out 75% of the full sum, while they paid their football athletes far more.
