New Balance Grey Days 2024
ICYMI, every May, New Balance hosts their Grey Day celebration — to honour its signature colour and rich legacy. Last year, the brand released a collection of comfy sweats and grey sneakers to commemorate the occasion.
This year, New Balance is continuing the Grey Day tradition over a span of a few days instead, and coming out with yet another “grey” collection of timeless apparel and sneakers. What’s more, they’re also hosting a pop-up event right smack in Orchard.
The pop-up
The Step into the Grey: New Balance Grey Days Pop-Up will be held from 14 to 17 May 2024, from 10am to 10pm at the B4 Atrium of ION Orchard. At the event, visitors can explore the Grey Days 2024 collection and enjoy the vibes of the multi-sport court concept store.

Here’s a sneak peak into the new Grey Days collection. The Men’s NB Athletics Cotton T-Shirt is a plain tee in a light grey colour. Since it’s made of cotton, it allows better air circulation, making it perfect to wear under Singapore’s hot sun.
But for days when you’re brr-ing under the AC indoors, check out the Men’s NB Athletics French Terry Hoodie. Made of french terry, the hoodie is lightweight while keeping you warm.

For the ladies, New Balance is releasing their Women’s RC Seamless Short 3 Inch in a dark grey colour. With a built-in brief and three pockets, this pair of shorts will make your runs a breeze.
You can also look forward to the Women’s NB Athletics French Terry Hoodie. Unlike the men’s version, this hoodie is shorter and has a boxier shape.

The special edition ‘Grey Days’ WRPD Runner and 1906R will only be released on May 17. Inspired by concrete, these unique sneakers feature material mixes and distressed details — ideal for urban road running.
New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 ‘Grey’
If you’re on the lookout for a pair of sneakers that you can comfortably run long distances in, check out New Balance’s Fresh Foam X 1080. This sneaker model is designed to have a more cushioned sole while remaining lightweight.
To celebrate Grey Days, the sneaker will be released in Grey on 20 May 2024.
New Balance short film
As a way to pay homage to their legacy and impact on sneaker culture, New Balance will also be releasing a short film titled “Grey Days” on 10 May 2024. From the seven-minute film, you’ll be able to learn more about New Balance’s history, along with the significance of the colour grey to the brand.
According to Chris Davis, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Merchandising at New Balance, “Grey is a colour for all that represents authenticity, versatility, and timelessness, carrying our heritage into the future”.

Celebrate Grey Days With New Balance At Their Upcoming Pop-Up
From 10 May 2024 onwards, the Grey Days collection will be available both in-store and online. Look forward to new and existing grey apparel and sneakers — like the 327, 574, and 550.
