For those new to the concept, here is a guide on how to make a purchase. For starters, simply choose your preferred scent from the 5 options available before making payment. Next, look for the button below the fragrance you had selected and press it twice. Smelling good is as simple as that!

Scentphony aims to keep their options versatile by switching up the fragrances every now and then. The current rotation includes Hugo Boss’ The Scent, a masculine ginger and citrus EDP, the perennial favourite, Dior’s Sauvage, and Maison Margiela’s Replica From the Garden, where crisp notes of tomato leaf meet woody patchouli.

Perfume fanatics are in for a treat, as the vending machine even carries bestselling luxury scents, such as Jo Malone’s English Pear & Sweet Pear, as well as Yves Saint Laurent’s Black Opium. 

Their variety of options allows you to try out different perfumes based on your preference for the day, but also to see how fragrances you might have your eye on work with your skin chemistry before you make the splurge. All this for $1? We’ll take it.
