Professional self-photo studios without the stress of anyone watching you? Plus unlimited digital prints? It’s no wonder that self-photo studios have been rising in popularity in Singapore. Lobang alert: Located in the heart of Orchard Road, Photonow, a self-photo studio, has on-going promotions for free 30 or 45-minute photo sessions for unlimited pax.
According to Lemon8 user @Joannehsm who went to the studio with her boyfriend, there are five studios in total, each with different backgrounds to choose from. The studios also come in various sizes to suit bigger groups.
Customers can pick between the 30-minute photo session package in their Standard Room or the 45-minute photo session package in the Deluxe Room.
For impromptu visits to the studio, there’s no need to worry about looking too plain. Photonow also offers a wide selection of props, ranging from sunglasses to cute headbands and bridal sashes.
Both the 30–minute Standard Room and 45-minute Deluxe Room sessions are free to book. However, customers can purchase all the digital copies from the Standard Room package at $55, whereas it costs $100 for the Deluxe Room.
This means that you can snap as many photos as you want within the given time frame. Both packages include a free wall frame if you purchase all the digital copies.
If you’re wondering what’s the difference between both rooms, it all boils down to the type of photoshoot that you’re going for. For casual and chill shoots with a BFF or even by yourself, the Standard Room is a cosy and comfy choice.
Meanwhile, the Deluxe Room is perfect for celebratory events that require more space, such as maternity shoots, bridal showers and large family portraits.
Upon making a booking, feel free to pick from the studio’s range of themed rooms that are occasionally updated with brand new concepts.
Everything is completely fuss-free — the studios are private with no staff present, so all your shots are up to your creativity.
Both Photonow packages are available for unlimited pax, so don’t be afraid to bring in the whole kampung if you have to. Interested individuals can book the packages via Photonow’s website.
