Channel Vintage Vibes At This Newspaper-Themed Bugis Photobooth

The Vintage Stamp is a newspaper-themed photobooth at Bugis

Photobooths have been an ongoing trend in Singapore for the past few years, and for good reason. After all, what’s a better way to commemorate a day out with friends than capturing your special moments in print? We’ve already seen photobooth settings that resemble MRTs, while others can capture angles from inside a washing machine. Now, here comes a new concept: Resurrack Vintage Market offers a photobooth that frames your shots in a vintage-style newspaper. Head down to check out this unique concept first-hand at Bugis Street

Within the Vintage Market is The Vintage Stamp, which offers Singapore’s first newspaper-themed photobooth. Strips cost just $5 each, an affordable price for an A4-sized photo! These unique, customisable photos are printed in black and white, reminiscent of true vintage-style newspapers from the past. Simply strike a pose before the camera at the outdoor booth and you’ll have your personalised photo ready in a matter of seconds.

It’s all in the details—aside from the monochrome, old-timey feel of the print’s layout, each strip is decorated with customised paragraphs highlighting the unique selling points of Resurrack as an event, lending it a spotlight as a go-to place for Gen Zs to shop for vintage items on the weekend. FYI, if you’ve never heard of Resurrack Vintage Market, it’s an every-weekend affair, running from 3pm to 9pm on Saturdays and Sundays at Bugis.
