Now that Japan has opened up to welcome tourists worldwide, many Singaporeans have already booked their flights to enter the Land of the Rising Sun, home to characters like Hello Kitty.
But while some of us wait for the air ticket prices to drop, EZ-Link has recently released a card that features the Sanrio crew to let us have another form of “travel” in the meantime.
For the unacquainted, characters like My Melody, Pompompurin, Little Twin Stars, Cinnamoroll, and Pochacco are part of the Sanrio family. This means you can expect these adorable ones to lift up your spirit when you commute with the Sanrio Fruit Basket EZ-Link card.
Decked in pink hues and speckled with white stars and hearts, the EZ-Link card features the characters putting together a fruit basket.
Starting from the left, note how Pompompurin is standing beside a slice of watermelon, Cinnamoroll is lifting half a piece of orange, and My Melody is holding onto a strawberry. Pochacco is also sticking his head out from behind the bananas whereas My Twin Stars is carrying a pair of cherries. Teamwork makes the dream work, am I right?
As you commute with this fruit-themed EZ-Link card, perhaps the design will also remind you to eat 2 servings of fruits every day for a healthy diet.
The EZ-Link card retails at $8 with a $3 load value.
Now that the holiday season is approaching, put a smile on the face of a Sanrio lover when you gift them with this adorable EZ-Link Sanrio Fruit Basket card.
As only limited quantities are available, head over to selected bus interchange vending machines, including the newest one located at Choa Chu Kang bus interchange to purchase the EZ-Link card.
