Since 2015, Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons Play has been collaborating with Converse to put a spin on its Chuck 70 sneakers. This time, the 2 brands have teamed up again to create low-top and high-top canvas kicks in 3 eye-catching colourways.
The new sneakers are now available on Dover Street Market Singapore’s online store.
While previous collaboration designs have gone with classic, muted shades like black and white, this trio ups the saturation to give your outfits a pop of colour.
Available in green, blue and pink, these 6 pairs of low- and high-top sneakers bear the iconic CDG Play heart motif on the sides of each shoe. Keeping things simple yet bold, the inner sides of the high-top sneakers are stamped with a circular Converse badge.
Each shoe has a white outsole and glossy rubber toe caps to keep in line with the signature Converse look. The full collection will be launching at Dover Street Market Singapore on 9 April. Each pair of low-tops is priced at $220 and high-tops at $230.

Another iteration are the Comme des Garçons Play x Converse Pro Leather Sneakers (above). The pair has repeated heart prints on their leather uppers and features a rubber sole.
Perhaps the most popular design you’ll see on the feet of many millennials are these Large Emblem Low-Top Canvas Sneakers (above). This white shoe has a supersized heart peeking out at the side for a cheeky touch.
