When it comes to street culture, many of us think of hypebeasts, hip hop and street art from early New York City. Bringing this unique experience over to our Little Red Dot, Culture Cartel, Asia’s street culture convention in Singapore, will be holding a physical event for its fourth edition after a one-year hiatus.
The event will be held over four days from 1 to 4 December 2022, featuring over 200 brands across six pillars of art, fashion, music, tattoos, toys and NFT.
Supported by the Singapore Tourism Board, Culture Cartel will be showcasing their latest merch, services and performance all day long. Guests can look forward to art exhibitions by artists all around the world, such as Benzilla from Thailand (left) and Matt Gondek from USA (right).
Check out new fashion merch from stores like Ox Street, a platform for hypebeasts to buy and sell authentic sneakers in Asia. Music collective and apparel imprint brand Yeti Out is also collaborating with Henieken Silver with graphic tees, bucket hats and socks to get you drunk on a new fit.
By day, Culture Cartel is a lively street culture convention. But by night, the event space transforms into a music festival. There will be a dedicated stage for some of the biggest hip-hop acts in the region, DJs and dance performances.
Soak into the vibes with fave artists like WAV(Y), Kampong Boogie, O$P$ and many more.
Culture Cartel is also introducing South Korean tattoo artist @heeyajenny for the first time as one of the judges for their tattoo con this year. She has over 313K followers on Instagram and is known for her colourful and intricate floral works. You don’t want to miss seeing her IRL.
Toy collectors can keep their eyes peeled for Secret Fresh, Big Boy Cheng’s vinyl toy shop. For those who aren’t familiar, he’s a Philippines-based toy and art collector who created this shop in 2007 out of his passion for collecting.
For the first time, Culture Cartel will be showcasing NFTs and highlighting ARC Community, Asia’s dominant NFT brand.
Culture Cartel is also collaborating with Heineken Silver to launch 500 pieces of their Heineken Silver x Culture Cartel NFT Collection. Stay tuned to Heineken’s Instagram page — it’s set to be released soon.
Lovers of street culture, end off 2022 on a high note. Discover first-in-the-world collection releases, brand collabs, exclusive merch and even giveaways and raffle draws on limited-edition drops.
