In the blink of an eye, October is right around the corner. While most people associate October with Halloween, it is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
To raise awareness and support the annual campaign, Goodwood Park Hotel is having a pink-themed high tea from 1 October to 14 November 2022 alongside a pink ribbon staycation from 3 October to 30 November 2022.
For the unacquainted, pink ribbons are worn in October to honour survivors and those who lost their lives to breast cancer. You can do the same when you head down to L’Espresso at Goodwood Park Hotel to indulge in the Rosy Medley Set.
As Goodwood Park Hotel will be donating $3 to the Breast Cancer Foundation for every Rosy Medley Set sold, you can enjoy the high tea knowing that you’re also contributing to a good cause.
The high tea menu includes a variety of pink munchies from sweet treats like bandung swiss rolls and lychee rose cupcakes, to savoury snacks such as mini pink burgers with seafood cutlet and homemade salmon mousse with dill & trout roe in pink wafer cone.
If that’s not enough, there is also free flow of other selections like croissants, cheese, as well as local delights such as laksa and chilli crab meat.
No worries if you get thirsty from catching up with your kakis as the high tea comes with a serving of cup tea or coffee, and free flow of iced fruit tea. The full menu can be found on Goodwood Park Hotel’s official website.
The Rosy Medley Set retails at $65++ per adult on Mondays to Thursdays, and at $68++ per adult on Fridays to Sundays.
For those who prefer to have the tai tai experience at home, Goodwood Park Hotel also offers takeaways for the Rosy Medley Set. 16 pink sweet and savoury treats are packed in a chio floral-theme box that comes with a handle for easy carrying.
Savour the high life even more when you complete the high tea set by topping up with a bottle of Saicho Sparkling Jasmine or Hojicha Tea (750ml) at $58.
The takeaway set retails at $78, and you can order in advance at The Deli’s official website.
If you wish to make a bigger contribution to the campaign, consider booking the Pink Ribbon Staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel instead. Similar to the Rosy Medley Set, the hotel will be making a $100 contribution to the Breast Cancer Foundation for each night’s stay of the Pink Ribbon Staycation.
