The last we checked, Monopoly had a collaboration with Hello Kitty and friends which caused Sanrio fans to go uwu over the kawaii collectible.
This time, they have partnered with local confectionary brand Mdm Ling Bakery for a unique mooncake set so you can snack on the goodies and play the nostalgic childhood game during the Mid-Autumn Festival at the same time.
Mid-Autumn Festival falls on 10 September 2022 this year, where most of us dig into mooncakes with loved ones to make the festive occasion a lil’ more memorable.
Enter the Monopoly Mooncake Set by Mdm Ling Bakery ‒ the world’s first mooncake box design that features a Street Edition of Monopoly. All the properties on this Monopoly set are inspired by Mdm Ling Bakery’s signature items like Lotus Station and Pineapple Promenade.
The Monopoly set fits four mooncakes, each placed inside a tin can with a unique Rich Uncle Pennybags motif on the outside. Note that you can choose from a variety of mooncake flavours like Mdm Ling Bakery’s LUSCIOUS! Traditional Classic Series, LAVALICIOUS! Signature Series, YUMMYLICIOUS!
