The afternoon tea
It is not the first time The Grand Lobby at Raffles Hotel Singapore has offered their Sakura Afternoon Tea, but this time around, they return with an upgraded menu.
The three-tier afternoon tea set comes with both savoury and sweet treats, allowing you to soak in the cherry blossom experience while you catch up with your besties.
Indulge in savoury munchies like Beef Sando with Katsu Béchamel, Japanese Omelette with Ikura, and Surimi Sandwich Mayo and Tobiko Egg.
For those with a sweet tooth, rest assured there are aesthetically-pleasing desserts to satisfy your sugar cravings too.
Pretty in pink, the delights take after the shape of cherry blossoms seen in Japan. The spread includes Red Bean Sakura Ice Cream Monaka, Sakura Roll Cake, Coconut Raspberry Sakura Tartlet, and Sakura Tea Cake.
Not to mention, there is also Sakura Strawberry Verrine with an edible flower piece that is super IG-worthy.
Apart from these seasonal delights, the afternoon tea set includes homemade original and raisin scones, and clotted cream and strawberry rose jam. You also get to quench your thirst either with a cup of Mariage Frères tea or Raffles custom-blended coffee.

For those who miss travelling to Japan to experience the cherry blossoms, this Sakura Afternoon Tea set from Raffles Hotel Singapore might pique your interest. It is priced at $98 per person, and advance reservation is required.
