RIMOWA x Adidas
ICYMI, Adidas dropped an adorable pair of Hello Kitty sneakers earlier this year. Taking on a slightly edgier vibe now, the sportswear brand has collaborated with RIMOWA, a quality luggage manufacturer, to treat fans to the first-ever aluminium backpack and matching titanium coloured sneakers.
Backpack
The backpack is made with RIMOWA’s signature grooved aluminium and designed just like a compact luggage bag. The unique shoulder straps are made of rope, snugly tied onto the bag with a carabin.
Don’t worry about potential rope burns while you’re clocking in your daily steps. The shoulder straps are padded to ensure this won’t be the case, providing maximum comfort while carrying.
Foam ridges inspired by the Adidas Boost foam are also designed along the middle to support your back.
The bag opens up like a luggage to allow for flat packing. Inside, there are two deep zipped pockets to keep your belongings safe, as well as a 16-inch laptop pocket.
The RIMOWA x Adidas NMD_BACKPACK in Titanium is retailing at $2,670.
Sneakers
Complete your full hiking fit with the matching RIMOWA x Adidas NMD_S1 in Titanium. It’s specially made with the flexible Adidas Boost midsole, perfect for those who are always on the go.
The midsole comes in a unique translucent base, keeping your every step light and comfy, no matter the ground surface.
The sneaker features a final pop of colour, the orange NMD shoelaces, that stands out from the rest of its colourway. If orange isn’t your cup of tea, extra shoelaces in black and grey are available to switch up your style.
Sneakerheads will also receive an exclusive RIMOWA x Adidas shoe box in brown that serves as a collector’s item for this collaboration. The sneakers are retailing at $380.

The RIMOWA x Adidas collection comes in atas titanium hues, so you can go on outdoor adventures while rocking a new OOTD. These are available from 17 November 2022 onwards in limited quantities via RIMOWA stores in Singapore.
