Sulwhasoo Café at Sofitel Singapore
When it comes to skincare, the Koreans reign supreme. And for luxe dining? The French definitely have it down pat. This May, you can experience the best of both worlds at the Sulwhasoo Café at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, a limited-time pop-up bringing together wellness, beauty, and sumptuous plates of food.
Back for its second year, the collab between Sofitel Singapore City Centre and premium K-beauty brand Sulwhasoo runs from 17 May to 13 July 2025, 11am to 6pm daily. It’s time to plan your next beauty girl brunch date. But first, here’s what you can expect.

You can choose between set menus or à la carte options. The set menu starts at $45 for 2 courses, where you can pick a starter and main or swap the starter for dessert. If you’re the type who wants it all, the 3-course menu goes for $65.
Expect a playful mix of Korean and French flavours. Starters include the Tuna Hwe ($28), a dish featuring cured tuna with spicy calamansi, chojang, egg yolk gel and crunchy rice wafers. For mains, try the Doenjang Chicken with Yeonnipbap ($34), served with gingko nuts, pumpkin seeds and more, wrapped in a lotus leaf for full-on K-drama vibes.
And of course, we’re not forgetting dessert. Choose from the Insam and Cointreau Gateaux ($22) or Peach Collagen Consommé ($19).
