With the recent announcement of 1989 (Taylor’s Version) to be released in October 2023, it seems like you just can’t catch a break as a Swiftie. BRB, screaming, crying and throwing up.
Another great piece of news for local fans? Dollop Print Club has decided to unveil their very own Taylor’s Version pop-up photo booth at Bras Basah. With friendship bracelet workshops and fan-made merchandise up for grabs, you’ll be extra prepared for The Eras Tour concert from now until Taytay arrives in SG in March 2024.
For the unacquainted, Dollop Print Club is Singapore’s first vintage photo booth, offering a variety of unique themes for occasions like Chinese New Year and Christmas.
For their Taylor Swift pop-up concept, they’ve incorporated iconic lyrics and album backgrounds from various TS eras onto their prints. They really said fastest fingers first, as their prints even include backgrounds from the new 1989 (Taylor’s Version) album.
Whether you strike a pose with bae for your Lover era or swear off your exes with the quirky Red era-inspired print, this photo booth definitely has something for every Taylor Swift fan.
The photo booth features a replica print of the legendary Eras Tour poster so anyone can channel their inner diva. If you prefer a more simple concept, there is a minimalistic print so you and your bestie can truly feel like you’re in the best era together.
After snapping a few pics with your BFF, you can even customise your prints with these lyric stickers that are super Swiftie-approved.
Like what Miss Swift said in “You’re On Your Own, Kid”, it’s time to make that friendship bracelet. If you have yet to create your own, this special photo booth has 30 minute workshops so you can make your very own beaded friendship bracelet to trade during next year’s concert.
By the way, making one bracelet costs $5. You have the option to choose any 12 big beads, which include alphabets and charms, along with as many small beads as you’d like.
If you are a diehard Swiftie on a budget, @awalkingirony will be selling aesthetic unofficial TS merchandise for you to take home at the pop-up. Her A6 minimalistic prints include Taylor lyrics and song titles, which will look perfect on your bedroom wall.
That’s not all ━ if you experienced the great ticketing war for The Eras Tour, @awalkingirony’s Ticketmaster tee will single handedly capture everyone’s struggles in attempting to secure a ticket.
Additionally, the IG shop also offers a dog keychain inspired by ‘the last great american dynasty,’ along with ‘All Too Well’ stickers that will be available at the photo booth.
NGL, this pop-up photo booth has everything you need to hype yourselves up for the upcoming The Eras Tour concert. You and your besties can make friendship bracelets, snap some fire pics and collect some fanmade merch.
Dollop’s (Taylor’s Version) pop-up photo booth is located at Bras Basah Complex. The most exciting part is that it is here to stay until mother arrives on our shores in March 2024.
