When it comes to the question of where one can own an iconic dumpling bag, there’s no doubt that Beyond The Vines (BTV) is the first store that comes to mind for many. As a design studio that offers apparel, accessories and even homeware, it’s no surprise that Beyond The Vines’ stores islandwide are decked in unique colourways that elevates the fun shopping experience.
Now, Beyond The Vines is celebrating their fourth store opening at Raffles City, alongside a week-long tropical-themed event with exclusive merch and free slushies.
This new store at Raffles City is Beyond The Vines’ second concept store in Singapore known as the BTV Design Post. Similar to the BTV Design Post at ION Orchard, you’ll notice that the stores are styled to look just like an express post office.
Instead of the blue colour palette at ION Orchard, the Raffles City store takes on a vibrant orange soda hue — it’s impossible to miss it from afar.
With three entrances along the sides, the BTV Design Post is easily accessible by the public and is decked with colourful crates and photo spots. And if you’re here to get yourself a new dumpling or poofy bag, you’re in luck. The store focuses on retailing bags and accessories.
The Carnival Bag, which was released earlier this year, is also available in five colours.
To celebrate the launch of the new BTV store, this space has transformed into a lively tropical-theme for one week. The concept is titled “Tropicabana”, and customers can check out the fun oasis-like setting with warm and colourful decor from 3 November 2023.
Heads up for avid BTV fans: there will also be exclusive merchandise sold in-store during this first week only. So don’t miss out on snagging a new beach tower at $35 or a “I <3 BTV” car plate at $18 while you’re there too.
To counter the humid weather in Singapore, BTV will be giving out free slushies to everyone on 4 and 5 November 2023, 12pm onwards. While we can’t ever say no to freebies, note that limited servings are available per day, so make sure to head down early to claim your treat before it runs out.
Pick out a cap or visor in yellow and blue hues when you spend above $100 in a single receipt during their opening promotion. Or grab a bestie and spend above $250 to redeem two.
