CruCycle brings the concept of the ever-popular SoulCycle to Singapore. The 50-minute long workouts incorporate arm and abs exercises into the mix and the studio has a similar atmosphere to a club—dimly lit, with an upbeat soundtrack. They’ve got five classes a day, tailored to fit the schedule of office workers and various classes for different fitness levels. Making up for the lack of surfable waves in Singapore, SURFSET makes participants exercise on custom-made surfboards. Focusing on core muscles, they use workouts to build muscles and tone the body.
