Boxer Brief Bag
You might recognise Human Made from its popular collaborations with Adidas. The Japanese fashion label has also teamed up on multiple clothes and accessories collections with American streetwear brand Cactus Plant Flea Market. And, in our humble opinion, the pièce de résistance from their third and latest collab, Cactus Plant Flea Market’s “Japan made collection” Season 3, is the boxer brief bag.
The bag
The Sunday Flea Boxer Brief Bag is identical to a pair of green boxer briefs with the pant legs sewn shut so as to prevent your belongings from falling out. If you’ve been wondering how you can channel the likes of upcycling experts Nicole McLaughlin with her IKEA sandals and Daisuke with his Louis Vuitton drink carrier, this might just be your answer right here. DIY your own version, using a pair of (ideally new) boxers briefs.
The bag is likely made from the same boxer briefs as the Tuesday Flea Boxer Brief from the same line-up. The previous collaboration between the 2 streetwear brands also introduced the Monday Flea Boxer Briefs. Maybe if we wait a little longer, there may be a Wednesday Flea Boxer Brief Face Mask or Thursday Flea Boxer Brief Shorts.
The Sunday Flea Boxer Brief Bag is retailing for ¥9,800 (~S$126.80).
Sock coin purse
Besides the boxer brief bag, the collection also includes a coin purse made from a sock. The CPFM Sock Coin Bag has a metal clasp at the top, like a regular coin purse, but is about twice the length of one.
Unfortunately, the CPFM Sock Coin Bag sold out one day after the collection launched. However, the CPFM Tube Socks are still available, which means you could also DIY your own version. All you need are a purse clasp frame and metal chain strap, which should be readily available at craft shops in Singapore.
The CPFM Tube Socks are retailing for ¥2,500 (~S$32.40).

Human Made
Human Made was founded back in 2010 by fashion designer and music producer, NIGO. Fun fact: He is also the founder of A Bathing Ape, aka BAPE, one of the most hyped streetwear brands.
While the designs at BAPE focus on everyday streetwear, Human Made takes it back to the 1960s with vintage and retro designs. The other items in the upcoming collection include a multi-coloured pullover and a button-up shirt with graphic symbols embroidered onto it.
Cactus Plant Flea Market
Human Made’s partner for this collection, Cactus Plant Flea Market, is no stranger to fashion collaborations either. Just over a week ago, Nike revealed the Nike x Cactus Plant Flea Market Dunk Low sneakers, with the entire silhouette of the shoe covered with Swarovski crystals to make your feet look like walking disco balls.
The label is popular among hip-hop fans as rappers such as Kanye West and Drake have worn merch from the brand during their performances in the past. The company is known for its eccentric graphic imagery, as well as its quirky designs like the boxer brief bag.
The Boxer Brief Bag And Sock Coin Purse Are For Quirky Hypebeasts
While the CPGM Sock Coin Bag has sold out, the Sunday Flea Boxer Brief Bag and other items from the collection are still available on Human Made’s online store. The store does ship to Singapore, so you can get your new bag from the comfort of your own home.
