Going to the gym is the advice most of us would get if we asked our #fitspo friends for tips on keeping fit.

But if you’re not a seasoned gym-goer, heading to the gym can feel a little intimidating as you might feel self-conscious and unsure of how to use the equipment.

Luckily, getting in shape doesn’t necessarily mean having to use fancy machines. It could be as fun and simple as these 15 free classes which are taking place this November!

1. Pure Fitness Beach Boot Camp

Push your mind and body to the limits with this 75-minute long beach boot camp held in collaboration with Fitbit. To guide you through the workout, there will be personal trainers on hand. Grab your sunscreen and a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated and protected from the sun.

2. Outdoor Family Yoga

3. Fantastic Fridays @ one-north

Held every first Friday of the month, the JTC community hosts group fitness cardio workouts like BODYCOMBAT and Superfly (Kali). Start your TGIF strong and unleash your fierceness with the BODYCOMBAT workout, inspired by mixed martial arts, or the latter Filipino martial art Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, used by military and law enforcement units.

6. Fitness Boot Camp: Free Trial Open House
