Can you rent short-term in Singapore?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to rent a home for less than three consecutive months in Singapore.
Since residential properties in Singapore such as HDB flats and condominiums are meant for long-term stay, the government has implemented a law which stipulates that a lease for private properties and HDB flats must be at least three and six months respectively.
