Casio has launched a series of three watches (BGA-230PC series) in different pastel colour combinations for Baby-G’s 25th-year anniversary.
The matching candy hues will put a unique spin on any outfit, and are especially appropriate for the spring season.
The two-tone watches are full of personality: the 3, 6 and 12 hour markers are in a big, bold font so you can easily tell the time. The number 9 has been omitted for an additional watch face to enable Dual Dial World Time, a useful feature if you happen to be in a long-distance relationship.
The watches are available on Tmall at RMB990 (~S$199.50). Each watch you purchase will add an additional 495 Tmall points into your account.
Additionally, the watches will come with an adorable box in the shape of a milk carton. Available in pink, yellow or green, the packaging will match the colours on your watch.
These watches are manufactured in Japan, known to be meticulous about quality control. Designed for the active user, they come with shock resistance, 100-metre water resistance, a countdown clock and world time for 31 time zones.
Casio’s G-Shock and Baby-G series are well-known for their durability, so you can travel across the world and not have to worry about your watch getting easily damaged.
If you happen to be on a sugar-free diet, these saccharine accessories can give you a similar high.
Furthermore, these watches will always be reliable, through thick and thin, fair and stormy weather, whereas that arm candy you met on Tinder might not be.
