Yes, you read right. Pomelo and Grab have partnered on a 6-piece collection. While the 2 brands hail from very different industries, the Pomelo x Grab collection incorporates elements of the ride-hailing app on a range of streetwear-inspired apparel.
For aspiring biker girls, the I Am Here To Deliver Looks Faux Leather Jacket ($109) is made for you. The jacket comes with the Grab logo printed on the collar, as well as stars and flames to take the girl crush vibes to another level. Put on this outerwear and live up to the statement at the back: “I am here to deliver looks”.
Faux leather jackets might be great for rainy weather, but for something that can be worn all year round, turn to the I Am Here to Deliver Looks t-shirt ($24). The white tee has both brands’ logos on the front in Grab’s signature green colour as well as a shot of pastel purple.
The design is simple yet stylish, and can be paired with anything from jeans to shorts. Match it with black biker shorts like the model and you’ll look as though you’re part of the Kardashian clan.
If you’re not into logo tees, this black tee ($24) will be more up your alley.
Keeping consistent with the green and purple colour scheme, this green cropped tee ($19) reads “We Both Do Delivery”. Get it for bae or your BFF for a cheeky twinning outfit.
Last but not least, there’s the Grab Paisley Scarf ($19) in black and white. Measuring 52 by 52cm, you can wrap this scarf around your chest to make a cute top for a cafe-hopping date. Alternatively, use it as an accessory looped around your jeans or bag handle.
From the foodpanda x Tiger Sugar bubble tea mask to the Pomelo x Grab collection, there’s no shortage of quirky collabs inspired by delivery platforms. You can explore the full Pomelo x Grab collection on Pomelo’s website and app. On top of delivering chic apparel, 10% of the proceeds from this collaboration will go to supporting Grab’s drivers and delivery partners through activities and hobbies that they love.
