Just last month, K-pop idol G-Dragon was announced as Tiger Beer’s new global brand ambassador, teasing an upcoming new beer. For those who have been eagerly anticipating it, the wait is over. Now available in Singapore, Tiger Beer has announced the new Tiger Soju Infused Lager in two flavours: Gutsy Grape and Cheeky Plum.
That’s not all — to celebrate the launch, Tiger Beer will also be holding a launch party on 12 May 2023 with IG-worthy photo spots, a bar serving special drinks and performances all night long.
Great news for somaek lovers — with the new Tiger Soju Infused Lager, now you don’t have to manually mix your beer and soju on TGIF nights. Available in two flavours of Gutsy Grape and Cheeky Plum, these new flavours have an ABV of 5.5% each.
Head over to your nearest major supermarkets, convenience stores and participating off-trade and online retail channels to purchase these refreshing flavours.
To celebrate the launch of the Tiger Soju Infused Lager, Tiger is holding a launch party at Pasir Panjang Power Station on 12 May 2023, from 7pm to 12am. For one night only, the space will be transformed with stunning neon lights and a one-of-a-kind colosseum style bar serving the new beer.
No party is complete without good music to get the vibes going. The festival features an exciting line-up of music acts such as K-pop singer LeeHi, who recently performed in Singapore earlier this year as part of AOMG’s Follow The Movement Tour.
There will also be other performances held by alternative K-pop group Balming Tiger, corporate office worker turned female rapper Ramengvrl and local R&B trio BRB.
Don’t forget to check out the exciting games den featuring giant inflatable darts, a flip cup table and live community graffiti. You can also grab your BFFs to get matching temporary tattoos before heading over to the gif photo booth to snap selfies of this memorable night.
Don’t miss out on giving the flavour twist gachapon machine a twist, which will dispense special drink combos for you to try out. The unique flavours vary from white grape and kombucha to plum and ginger ale, which will not be available anywhere else.
Pair your fave drink with the delectable cuisines from Dumpling Darlings, Two Men Bagel House, Maha Co and Joo Bar. With amazing food to keep the festival going, you’ll be treated to a night of endless fun and entertainment.
Since G-Dragon was named Tiger Beer’s global brand ambassador, fans have been pleasantly surprised to discover the new soju flavours as part of the campaign. After all, it’s a drink that represents Korea, where the idol himself is from.
The Twist to the Night with Tiger Soju Infused Lager launch party costs $20 per person, inclusive of two complimentary servings of Tiger Soju Infused Lager. Tickets are now available on Hapz, and interested participants can find out more information on Tiger Beer’s Instagram page.
