Apart from creating comfortable and high quality pieces, UNIQLO often collaborates with artists and franchises to bring us interesting and creative designs. This time, they are releasing a Mickey & Friends collection with LA-based artist, Steven Harrington.
Each design has been specially drawn by the artist, allowing you to get a glimpse of his artistic vision. With this unique collection, all Mickey & Friends fans can look forward to boldly flaunting their love for the characters through the vibrant designs.
With its bright colour palette of purple, green, blue, orange and yellow, this sand-coloured shirt is one to cop. Catch Mickey watching his canvas come to life with his arms out. You can also find a not-so-hidden Mickey popping out of a Polaroid on the beach in the painting.
For a simpler option, this white shirt features illustrations of random elements from the previous beach scene, together with Goofy-, Donald Duck-, Minnie- and Mickey-related motifs, accompanied by black “Mickey and Friends” text.
You can also opt for this minimalistic design against a pleasant shade of light blue. Across the front of the tee, the phrase “Got to keep my cool” serves as a good reminder for us all to stay calm even in a stressful situation. Turn the shirt over and you’ll find the 4 Mickey and Friends characters decked out in blue, purple, and green outfits.
Keep to your dark-coloured aesthetics while having a pop of colour with this T-shirt. The cute drawing of Mickey, with a pair of sunglasses on and sticking his tongue out, serves as a nice contrast to the dark grey shirt.
The back of the shirt sees vibrant illustrations from the other designs, specially arranged to spell “Mickey”.
