Nissin x HipDot Makeup Collection
Let’s admit it — we’ve all sought pleasure in satisfying our late night cravings in the wee hours of the morning, particularly with Nissin Cup Noodles.
But food aside, Nissin has also surprised us with some of the most unconventional releases, from tooth floss to mops. This time, Nissin is collaborating with HipDot to bring us a makeup collection featuring lip tints and eyeshadows in hues of fiery reds and gold.
The collection
Coming in hot, these lip creams are available in 3 shades — Sesame, Hot Sauce and Lemon. The packaging has the Cup Noodles logo on it, making it feel as though you’re carrying around a mini version of the iconic instant food.
Suitable for the summer season, Sesame is a bright blood orange hue and can be used to bring a little spice to your basic outfits.
For a change of vibe, the Lemon lipstick is in a gold shade which applies sheer onto your lips so you don’t have to worry about overdoing it. You can use Lemon as a highlighter for a dash of shine and glow to your cheekbone.
Add an element of sophistication by applying Hot Sauce, as its red colour is versatile and draws attention to your face. Feel free to double it up and use the two red shades as a blush for rosy cheeks too.
If you want a complete glam look, this pigmented eyeshadow palette has 8 shades for you to choose from. These shades are all named after ingredients you would find in your Cup Noodles like Ramen Noodle, Diced Carrots and Seasoning.
The palette is full of warm shades and has a variety of matte and glitter pigments, so you can play around and create the perfect look for your summer parties.
Keeping in line with the overall branding, its packaging closely resembles the actual Cup Noodles with the name of the product as its flavour.
