Fans of the early Pokemon video games will be pleased to know that Adidas has teamed up with Pokemon for a new collection. Comprised of both youth and adult styles, the Adidas x Pokemon collection immerses us in nostalgia with 8-bit graphics of the characters.
Let’s have a look at the collection!
Created for youths aged 8 to 16, the black tracksuit is will make you feel like an actual Pokemon trainer. The jacket-and-joggers set is made of a soft brushed fabric with the words “POKEMON TRAINER” on the back.
Pokemon graphics can be seen along the 3 white stripes of the sleeves for an adorable touch. Let’s see if you can spot Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur and Eevee.

A full tracksuit can be too much of a commitment, which is why the collection also offers Pokemon T-shirts for everyday wear. The white crew neck tee is made of cotton jersey that will wear comfortably in the heat. Five beloved Pokemon characters are placed atop the large Adidas logo on the tee for a colourful finish.
The T-shirt is also available in cobalt blue for kids. There’s also a white tee with several Pokeball designs on the front.
Last December, Adidas teased Pokemon fans with a new sneaker design that has come to life in this collection. The pair of kids’ shoes feature a pixelated 8-bit Pikachu on the side of the heel, while various other Pokemon can be seen on the inner lining of the shoes.
If you already own Pokemon makeup and EZ-Charms, items from the Pokemon x Adidas range will fit into your collection perfectly.
The tracksuit is available on Adidas Singapore’s site, while the rest are available on Adidas’ US site. You’ll have to prepare a parcel-forwarding service such as MyUS or vPost before you purchase the shoes and T-shirts.
