The SQ stewardess mentioned that maintaining a smile and a good posture helps ― like they say, fake it until you make it.
2. Let your personality shine through during group interviews

3. Invest in your appearance and health

Also, being healthy is a must. Before being considered as a potential cabin crew, you must be fit to fly. Dion assures his followers that it’s easy to pass this round but if you do fail, it’s best for you not to try again.
4. Be as genuine as possible
SourceAmber noted how she ultimately secured her spot as a cabin crew member when she helped a Japanese lady at the interview venue pick up an ID card that she dropped. As she glanced at the interviewer, Amber received a smile of approval.
This shows it pays to be kind but most importantly, staying authentic and true to yourself will show your potential bosses that you have what it takes to join the crew.
