Besides its high-class reputation and futuristic designs, fashion brand Balenciaga is also known for having some of the most eccentric collaborations — namely, the Balenciaga x Crocs accessories and stilettos.
To take your OOTDs to a whole new level, Balenciaga has partnered up with Bang & Olufsen to create a speaker bag so you can play your favourite tunes and store your essentials while on-the-go.
The bag
At first glance, the bag looks like any ordinary portable speaker with relevant controls like the play and pause buttons below the handle.
Flip it around, and you’ll see a flap that opens up, allowing you to store your knick-knacks. Though the Italian lambskin leather compartment is not as spacious as a legit handbag, you can put at least a journal and a few other essentials.
Its simple design allows the bag to complement your outfits with ease while still drawing attention. Depending on your aesthetic, you can choose from 2 colours — black or silver.
The speaker also has a battery life of up to 18 hours so you can blast everything from Harry Styles to NCT with your besties all night.

Considering how iconic this collaboration is, only 20 of these speaker bags were released for purchase exclusively in selected Balenciaga boutiques and at the couture show in Paris — otherwise known as the runway that featured celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Nicole Kidman walking.
While the price was not available to the public, you might still be able to get your hands on these bags from resellers, or perhaps wait for them to be mass-produced sometime in the future – fingers crossed.
