1. Garden Beats
Back for its 5th year, Garden Beats is a 1-day music and picnic festival at Fort Canning Park that combines the best of indie with an eco-conscious POV. Headlining the festival are British indie rock band The Kooks, as well as Black Coffee, Alle Farben, Alina Baraz, Yung Bae and Masego.

Three-time Grammy Award-winning multi-platinum band Maroon 5 returns with their Red Pill Blues Tour for one night only. Held at the National Stadium, this is the group’s biggest show in Singapore to date.

5. C.O.M.M.U.N.I.T.Y celebrates International Women’s Day
In celebration of International Women’s Day, Potato Head Singapore is offering ladies free-flow Zardetto Prosecco and a round of cocktails by Hendricks Gin from 8pm to 11pm. C.O.M.M.U.N.I.T.Y regulars FEMME FIRST! will also be spinning your favourite ’90s R&B and hip-hop tracks, so get ready to groove till late.

11. First Storeys
Step into the former Bukit Ho Swee Community Centre and join the officers as they weave stories, artefacts and performances to uncover the untold stories behind Singapore’s development from the 1950s to the 1990s.
Part of the month-long The Future Of Our Pasts (TFOOP) festival, First Storeys is an immersive theatrical installation that allows participants to experience the resettlement from kampung to HDB first-hand.
Presented by OH! Open House, PASSPORT brings together 6 artists and their hosts in a series of unique pop-up experiences across the island. Each experience takes place within a home, and includes performances and installations that revolve around conversations on identity, belonging, home, privilege and love.
13. Textures 2019
Textures 2019 is a literary festival at The Arts House, held in conjunction with the annual #BuySingLit bazaar. In this weekend of words, the festival celebrates Singapore literature and the people who have contributed to it. Get up close and personal with SingLit pioneers like Catherine Lim, or watch Alfian Sa’at’s Malay Sketches brought to life by The Second Breakfast Company.
