Local fashion brand The Sophia Label has launched a Sanrio Characters Capsule Collection. The range features 3 of Sanrio’s most beloved characters—Hello Kitty, Gudetama and My Melody—on a line of bags, coin pouches and bag charms.
Crossbody bags
The first design is a rectangular crossbody bag with each character’s outline and most iconic feature (such as Hello Kitty’s red bow) on the front. There are contrasting coloured accents on the bag and straps. It is retailing at $98 each.
Twin with Me crossbody bags
The Twin with Me series comes in 2 different sizes ($88 for the mini, $98 for the large version). Both sizes are uniform in colour, with the smaller of the two sizes measuring 18.5cm x 10.5cm x 7.5cm (width x height x depth) and the larger one, 21cm x 13cm x 9cm. The bags each come with an adorable bag charm attached.
You can also get both sizes of the same character in a bundle for $178, so you can twin with your BFF, niece or daughter.

Coin Pouches
If you can’t commit to carrying the bags, you can consider getting the coin pouches, $24.90, instead. The coin pouches are in the shapes of the characters’ heads and have their faces printed on them.
The Hello Kitty design has a 3D bow accent attached to it, while My Melody has 3D flower accents. They all come with a handy wrist strap for you to carry on your wrist and a name tag for you to emboss your name.
Bag Charms
The final item in the collection is the bag charm. Made of textured PU leather, this would be a great gift, as you can customise it by embossing a name on the 10cm x 2cm tag. Each charm retails at $22.90.
