Sanrio x Converse All Star Collection
Time flies ‒ it is already mid-July, and since the start of 2023, Sanrio has released many collaborations with brands like Rom&nd and Adidas. As their latest addition to the list, they have partnered with Converse for a new sneaker collection that features kawaii Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Cinnamoroll.
The collection
Sneakerheads would know that Converse is known for their signature model All Star, a pair of sneakers characterised by a canvas upper for a minimalist look. In this collection, Converse features their hero product in four adorable Sanrio variations.
With National Day right around the corner, these red My Melody sneakers sound like the perfect footwear choice.
The sneakers feature two different My Melody motifs on each heel, one of which shows her carrying a yellow basket, while the other portrays her being super shy. Furthermore, the sneakers also showcase Converse’s logo, embellished with pink bows.

As a rule of thumb, it is essential to have a pair of white sneakers in your wardrobe. Complete your daily outfit with these Hello Kitty sneakers, which showcase a motif of the cat on the heel.
Elements of Hello Kitty can also be spotted in the design. Direct your attention to the sneaker tongue, which greets you with a Converse x Hello Kitty tab in red and blue lettering, and a Converse logo encircled by Hello Kitty’s iconic red bows.

Cinnamoroll fans won’t be able to resist this pair of light blue sneakers. Besides two playful motifs of the white puppy, the sneakers also include a unique Converse logo, which is surrounded by cloud motifs.

Unlike the aforementioned designs, the Hello Kitty All Star Ox is the only fluffy pair of sneakers you’ll find from the collection. Topped with white fluff that evokes the essence of Hello Kitty, the shoes also come with red bows, and blue rubber soles.

The Sanrio x Converse All Star Collection Adds A Dose Of Cuteness To Your OOTD
Starting from 21 July 2023, Sanrio fans can purchase the Sanrio x Converse All Star collection at all Atmos outlets in Japan, and via Atmos’ official website.
Since this kawaii collection is expected to sell out fast, fingers crossed that Converse will also bring these designs to our shores in the near future. In the meantime, you may want to consider engaging in freight forwarding services that ship to Singapore.
